Case Management

Case management is a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet a client's needs. Your Case Manager will help you come up with a plan and help you complete the steps needed for you to be successful. Sometimes a plan needs to be changed, sometimes you need to develop a new plan. Your Case Manager will be there to help you with that as well. You Case Manager is your guide, and a source of information, but the decisions are yours. We can help you prepare for, find, and maintain employment.

For people who are planning to complete a training program, funding of course is very important. We can guide you toward funding programs that meet your specific needs. You may be eligible for funding programs offered by Employment Nova Scotia.
